By booking a discovery session with FRWRD, you agree to participate in an evaluative discovery process. Participation may include discussions, calls, audits, or demonstrations used for internal analysis, education, or case study development, as outlined below.

I understand that information shared during conversations, calls, audits, or demonstrations may be used to create internal analyses, educational content, or marketing materials, including written case studies, summaries, and anonymized examples.

I acknowledge that FRWRD may reference my business name, industry, general outcomes, and non-sensitive operational insights unless otherwise requested in writing.

Communications Consent

By booking a discovery session, you consent to receive appointment-related communications from FRWRD, including confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and discovery-related updates. Communications may be delivered via phone, SMS, email, or AI-assisted systems. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions or replying STOP to SMS messages.

I also agree to receive communications from FRWRD related to the discovery process, case study participation, and relevant service updates. I understand I may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

This consent does not obligate me to purchase any product or service.

If video or audio recordings are created for case study purposes, FRWRD will request verbal or written confirmation before publishing identifiable media.
